The MENTORICA Institute of Soft Skills has been established with the belief that one can easily triumph over all odds and accomplish all that they have set out to achieve, if they work towards improving their soft skills.

Contrary to this belief, in today’s environment most individuals are blindly following the rat-race of acquiring academic degrees while neglecting their soft skills development. Not realizing that personality development empowers individuals to achieve higher levels of success in business and personal life.

Ravi is the Co-founder of MENTORICA Institute of Soft Skills. He is the CEO of RGA ads (an INS accredited advertising agency) and RGA DIGITAL (the digital marketing vertical of RGA ads).

As a veteran in marketing, Ravi helps transform businesses into brands, by successfully converging the tools of traditional and digital marketing.

Over the years, his companies have not only earned a sterling reputation, but have won various prestigious awards for developing eye-catching marketing campaigns.

Being a branding consultant, Ravi has always believed that, given the right training, if individuals develop their personal brand, then they too can achieve better personal and career growth.

This led him to establish the MENTORICA Institute of Soft Skills.

With a vision to make soft skills training affordable and accessible in the remotest part of the country, Ravi and his team went on to develop India’s first soft skills and personality development edu platform under the name the MENTORICA Online Soft Skills Training.

On the social front, Ravi Choudhary has always been sensitive towards the needs of the lesser privileged. This led him to join the Rotary International, in the year 1996, an international service organization that provides humanitarian service and advances goodwill and peace around the world. His leadership qualities soon made him rise the ladder to take charge as the District Governor of Rotary International District 3011, for the year 2017-18.

In his business and social circles, Ravi is not only known for his cutting-edge marketing strategies but also, for propagating the mantra of 3 Ts in your everyday life i.e., Transparency, Technology and Time Management.

Having gained command over how to help individuals develop their personal brand, she spearheaded the creation of MENTORICA’s Online Soft Skills and Personality Development platform, which is India’s first Edu platform dedicated to imparting online soft skills and personality development training.

He brings with him a rich executive experience of working with some of the topmost hotel brands like W Goa, the Kameha Grand-Switzerland, Lucerne Hotel Group-Switzerland.

He holds a Double Degree in Bachelor of International Business in Hotel & Tourism Management from the Cezar Ritz College, Switzerland and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business Management from the Washington State University, USA.

Having gained extensive knowledge of soft skills while doing his hotel management degree and gaining work experience with various prestigious hotels, he soon realized that just like the hotel industry, most corporates too are on the lookout for polished professionals. However, unlike the hotel management degree no other academic degree provides training in soft skills.

Thus, feeling the need to make soft skills training accessible to today’s youth he utilized his learning to help develop the soft skill courses and plan the marketing strategy for MENTORICA Online Soft Skills Training.
